HGH - Blend

Human Growth Hormone is a " synthetic fix" some turn to in hopes that it will keep them young, but it is highly unlikely. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland and spurs growth in children and adolescents. It also helps regulate body composition, body fluids, muscle and bone growth, sugar and fat metabolism and possibly heart function.

The Joints are formed is such a way that they keep a balance between movement, stability and strength of the human skeleton. Pineal Function - Blend

A very important responsibility of the pineal gland is producing the serotonin derivative melatonin, the hormone that affects wake and sleep patterns and seasonal functions. When melatonin is lacking in the brain, supplementation may be called for. However, there must be an "exit plan" for the supplement or the body will cease entirely to make its own melatonin.

Pituitary Stimulation - Blend

The pituitary gland is the master gland found at the base of the brain. It is responsible for controlling all the other hormone-producing endocrine glands. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland from the time of birth. Exercise and simple changes to diet and lifestyle habits can stimulate the pituitary, keeping it active and you functioning well.

Reflecting On Your Journey To Lasting Good Health: Every organ in the body supports another organ which is why we work so hard to keep every organ as healthy as possible.

One example of how one organ is vital for another is what happens when the gallbladder is removed. The bile that comes from the liver has no place to go since the gallbladder and the liver work as a team to send the bile from the liver to the gallbladder through a common bile duct.

The bile duct absorbs excess water making it more concentrated and stronger (as in 5 to 18 times more concentrated) which is important because when you eat a meal, the gallbladder contracts and releases bile into the upper part of the small intestine. It works like a detergent on grease by emulsifying the fat where upon cholesterol and fat-soluble vitamins A,D,E, and K in food and the pancreatic enzymes finish the job.

Once the bile is absorbed through the intestinal wall and sent back to the liver, it is reused up to 20 times.

When there is no gallbladder to hold and concentrate the bile received from the liver, the weak, un-concentrated bile randomly trickles from the liver into the small intestine until there is too little bile when it is needed.

The results mean the cholesterol can't be balanced. There is no way to eliminate toxins and Constipation becomes a chronic problem since there is no bile to lubricate the colon,

A deficiency in the fat-soluble vitamins A,D,E, and K develops as well as a deficiency in Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Omega 3 EFAs are nature's anti-inflammatory defenders which means the body risks arthritis, heart disease, high blood pressure and depression. In addition the brain needs Omega 3s to function. Keeping the gallbladder healthy is important. What can a body do to keep one's gallbladder?

1/ Get tested. Many times what is thought to be a gallbladder problem is actually a liver one.

2/ Investigate For Food Sensitivities: For healthy organs, EAT HEALTHY. Concentrate on fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, eggs, nut and healthy fats like butter, coconut oil and olive oil. At the same time limit carbohydrates and sources for gluten. Ease up on bread, pasta, pastries and processed foods.

3/ Avoid unhealthy fats like vegetable oils and margarine.

4/ Exercise 30 minutes, five days a week and are "doctor approved" for how strenuous the exercises may be.

5/ Finally, to flush out your liver, start every morning with a large glass of room temperature water (preferably filtered). Adding a splash of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar only makes it more effective.

Keeping the gallbladder healthy is the kindest thing that can be done for the human body to function well, but this is just one example. As you can see, all the organs work as a team and deserve to be available not only for the other organs to function well but for the well-being of every individual.
